Mosaic Donates $100,000

Mosaic Forest Management announced a $100,000 donation over three years to the Kw'umut Lelum Foundation. The financial contribution will go towards the foundation’s language revitalization and preservation initiatives, and scholarship development programs.

“Mosaic is proud to support The Kw’umut Lelum Foundation in its critical work to preserve First Nation knowledge so that Indigenous languages can thrive,” said Rob Gough, Mosaic Forest Management’s President and CEO. “Mosaic continues to work with First Nations to build capacity through scholarships and training programs.”

“Mosaic’s generous donation supports our efforts to expand cultural, economic, social, educational and recreational access in support of Indigenous youth and their families,” said Sharon Hobenshield, Executive Director of Kw'umut Lelum Foundation. “Our foundation depends on our community, and with the help of companies like Mosaic, we can continue to support youth and communities in the Coast Salish Territory.”
